Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website. We value the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same respect for our own rights. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their agents can submit a takedown notice to our designated DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are protected under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
  3. Identification of the infringing material and the necessary information for us to locate it;
  4. Contact information of the complaining party;
  5. A statement that the use of the material is unauthorized;
  6. A statement that all information in the notice is accurate.

Any misrepresentation in a notification of infringement may result in civil penalties under Title 17 USC §512(f). Takedown notices should be sent via our Contact page. Email is preferred for faster processing.

It is important to note that we may disclose the identity of the party submitting the claim to the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you consent to this disclosure.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice for copyright infringement, you can send us a counter notification to have the material restored. The counter notification should include:

  1. Your signature;
  2. Description of the material taken down and its original location;
  3. A statement confirming that the takedown was a mistake;
  4. Your contact information and consent to the jurisdiction of the court.

Counter notices should be sent through our Contact page, preferably via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We adhere strictly to the DMCA’s repeat infringer policy and maintain a list of notices from copyright holders. We take action against repeat infringers, including termination of their accounts.

We reserve the right to update and modify our DMCA policy as needed. Please check back regularly for any changes.
